The Green River Building Industry Association (GRBIA) will host its 2025 Fall Tour of Homes on October 26-27, offering the public a chance to explore 12 newly constructed homes by six local builders. The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days, showcasing nine homes in Owensboro and, for the first time, three in Henderson.



Featured builders include Jagoe Homes, KSB Living, Martin Custom Homes, Joe Mattingly Builders, CR Contracting, and Hayden Construction. Attendees can tour the homes, see the latest designs, and speak with builders and industry professionals on site for expert guidance.

“This is a weekend full of inspiration,” said Adam Hicks, executive officer of the GRBIA. “Whether you’re a first-time buyer or considering a change, the Fall Tour of Homes is the perfect opportunity to gather ideas and connect with builders.”

The event will offer prospective homeowners and those looking for renovation ideas the chance to explore a variety of home styles and layouts. Tours will include model homes for inspiration and homes currently available for purchase.
